Summer 2019 Cocktails

Spirited Drinks for those Warmer Months

What’s your go-to summer cocktail?

Summer 2019 cocktails should be refreshing and fun. For some, the mix of alcohol and the sun can be a bit too much.  However, your guests may still like the idea of a refreshing cocktail (or mocktail).

(F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Great Gatsby)

Some of our favorites include the Virgin Watermelon Margarita, a Shirley Ginger (grown-up take on the classic Shirley Temple) or a Lavender Lemonade.  Sophisticate and refreshing for those hot, summer months.

Often, these recipes can have several ingredients – and several steps.  You may wish to consider creating big batches. Non-alcoholic big batches can be used both as-is or as part of a more spirited drink.  Many venues prefer having some batches on hand; it helps during high-traffic times and ensures a drink always tastes just right.  What’s on your cocktail menu this summer?

Along with seasonal food and cocktail recipes, this is an ideal time to take a look at your venue. Happy with your current linen provider? Interested in a new take on your linens?
