Do you offer other types of linens?

Bergen Linen offers linens for the Food and Beverage industry including restaurants, country clubs, and caterers. Linens include table linen rentals, uniforms, floor mats, bar mops, towels, and more. (Hospitality bed linen packages are also available.)

How far in advance should I reserve linens for my event?

If possible, we recommend reserving your linens at least 4-6 weeks in advance. This is especially helpful during peak seasons and trending colors. Of course, ’emergencies’ happen. We can turnaround a linen rental order in shorter notice so call us at (800) 789-8115.

Can I mix and match event linen rentals?

Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. Formal weddings may call for an extensive range of party essentials including table linens, chair cover rental, sashes, and overlays. Selection of fabric tablecloths: Damask linen and polyester tablecloths. A more casual event may simply need table linens and cloth napkins. Mix-and-match our rental linen collections. Bolds, pastels, neon’s, neutral-colored linens, and more. So have fun and create the party of your dreams.

What table linen sizes do you offer?

Table sizes include: 90″ round, 108″ round, 120″ round, 132″ round, 52″ x 52″, 62″ x 62″, 72″ x 72″, 72″ x 120″, 90″ x 90″, 90″ x 132″, and 90″ x 156″. Not every color is available in all sizes so please check ahead or ask a team member. When building our inventory, we took into consideration the various types of seating arrangements such as: bistro tables, cocktail tables, sweetheart table, and classic banquet table cloths.

Do you offer delivery and setup services?

Depending on the order size, we do offer delivery. (This is for our corporate and small business accounts.) Individuals can pick up their event linen rentals or have them shipped to your location. Currently, we do not offer setup services.

What should I do if I need to make changes to my order?

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate any adjustments, depending on availability and the timeline. (When ordering, we always suggest ordering additional linen napkins. Please note that they are rented in bundles of 25.)

Do I need to clean the linens before returning them?

No, there’s no need to clean the linens before returning them. If possible, we do kindly ask that you shake off any excess food before their return.

What if a linen gets damaged during my event?

We understand that accidents happen. Minor stains or damages are typically covered in the rental agreement. Significant damage requiring a replacement may incur a fee. Please refer to your contract for specific details.

How do I know what size table linen I need?

We offer a range of sizes so we can accommodate many different tables. In addition, the broad range also helps with your preferred drop. Whether you prefer a shorter drop or a lengthier drop (like a floor-length drop), we have you covered. First, you will need to know your table measurements and then the table overhang desired.
